摘　　要：克劳斯·菲尔特先生,曾经连任三届、任期达12年之久的国际赛艇联合会器材委员会主席,不远万里、不辞辛劳、不遗余力地帮助中国打造起“无敌”牌赛艇,正是由于他的设计,使“无敌”牌赛艇矫健的身影出现在世界许多赛艇比赛现场,并被国际奥委会指定为2004年雅典奥运会比赛专用艇。这位年近七旬的泰斗级国际造艇大师,从1995起便开始来往于柏林和杭州的富阳之间,如今累计在华工作时间已经超过了一年半,当他出现在我面前时,穿着杭州飞鹰船艇有限公司工装的他看起来精神矍铄,健康魁伟,他声音平和,目光中不时流露出睿智,宛若一和蔼亲切长者,将他的过去,一页一页地展现在我面前。Klaus Filter has been the chairman of the Material Commission of the International Rowing Federation, FISA, for 3 terms, for a total of 12 years. Klaus Filter is one of the best boat designers in the world and he came to China to help design and make the 'Invincible' gig, which later was nominated by the International Olympic Committee as the appropriate gig for the Athens Olympic gig races in 2004. Beginning in 1995, and many times thereafter, he has flown from Berlin to Hangzhou, China; helping the Chinese improve their gig-making skills. He has solved problems where the Chinese workers could not find solutions.
