摘　　要：采用真空亚温淬火加浅层氮碳共渗对 3Cr2W 8V钢制作的铝合金压铸模进行了处理 ,通过试验找出了适宜的工艺参数。结果表明 ,该工艺能明显提高模具的抗热疲劳性能和使用寿命。The process of vacuum intercitical hardening and shallow layer nitrocarburizing on aluminum alloy casting dies of 3Cr2W8V steel was studied and the suitable technological parameters were selected.The results show that the thermal fatigue property and the service life of the dies are increased obviously by using this process.
