摘　　要：目的 :观察针灸疗法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化 (IPF)的临床疗效 ,探索针灸介入难治疾病肺纤维化的防治途径。方法 :IPF4 2例 ,其中采用糖皮质激素治疗 2 0例 ,糖皮质激素加刺血与艾灸结合治疗 2 2例 ,疗程 2月。采用临床、X线、生理综合观察法判定疗效。结果 :糖皮质激素加刺血与艾灸结合组可明显改善IPF患者的肺功能 (P <0 .0 1) ,其疗效优于单纯使用糖皮质激素治疗。结论 :针灸可提高糖皮质激素对IPF的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture & moxibustion on idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis (IPF) and to explore the prevention and treatment mechanism of acupuncture & moxibustion on refractory IPF.Methods:There were 42 IPF patients,with 20 cases were treated in glucocorticoid for two months (Glucocorticoid Group),the other 22 cases in combination of pricking blood,moxibustion and glucocorticoid for two months (Combination Treatment Group).The therapeutic effect was measured according to clinical manifestation,X-ray finding and general physiological indexes.Results:Pulmonary function of Combination Treatment Group was obviously improved,with significant difference (P<0.01);and the effect was superior to Glucocorticoid Group.Conclusion:Acupuncture & moxibustion can facilitate the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid on IPF.
