摘 要:目的 观察血府逐瘀口服液对“血瘀症”模型小鼠骨髓微循环的影响。方法 ①辐射损伤以建立小鼠骨髓血瘀症模型。②取 6周龄左右雌性小鼠随机分为正常、模型、模型 +血府逐瘀口服液和模型 +复方丹参注射液 4组 ,采用分光光度计法分则测定提取的各组小鼠股骨骨髓血红蛋白溶液标本的光密度 (OD)值。结果 血府逐瘀口服液能明显降低血瘀症小鼠骨髓血红蛋白含量 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 血府逐瘀口服液能明显改善瘀血症小鼠骨髓微循环。Objectives To observe the effect of Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid on the bone marrow microcirculation in mice with acute blood stasis. Methods The mice model of acute blood stasis was caused by radiation damage. 6-weeks-age female mice were divided into 4 groups randomly: normal group, radiation damage group, Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid groups (radiation damaged mice treated with Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid), and Composite Dan-shen parenteral solution group (radiation damaged mice treated with Composite Dan-shen parenteral solution). The hemoglobin of mice's thighbone marrow was detected by spectrophotometry respectively. Results Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid can decrease the hemoglobin of bone marrow in mice with acute blood stasis (P<0.01). Conclusions Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid can significantly improve the bone marrow microcirculation in mice with acute blood stasis.
