摘　　要：医疗纠纷呈逐年上升的趋势 ,探索产生医疗风险的因素已成为医学界关注的课题。《医疗事故处理条例》出台 ,医疗纠纷实行“举证责任倒置”的新规定提醒医院 ,患方法制观念、自我保护意识逐渐增强。而医方在行医活动中法制观念淡薄 ,缺乏收集医疗资料的证据意识 ,应引起医疗机构的高度重视。The medical tangles are now increasing year by year. The factors of medical risks have been considered as an important subject in medical field. After actualizing“Ordinance of Dealing with Medical Treatment Accident”and “Convert of putting to proof responsibility”.The patients' consciousness of the legal system and the ability of self-protection are enhanced. Hospitals should attach great importance to strengthening the awareness of legal system, and the medical staff must record all the medical data and materials for self-protection in medical practice.
