摘　　要：阐述了在传统图书馆向数字图书馆过渡时期图书馆以复合图书馆形态存在,以及复合图书馆的含义、特点及复合图书馆产生的条件,并从馆藏资源的有机结合、文献资料整合、文献资源共建共享和专业人员的优化四个方面,提出了复合图书馆的发展策略。The paper states that library exists in a compound form during the period of traditional library transforming into digital library. It also discusses the connotation, characteristics and prerequisite of compound library, then advances the four strategies to develop compound library: organically combining, integrating documental materials, sharing all kinds of resources and optimizing professional contingent.
