重庆市3717名高校职工糖尿病发病情况的调查

摘　　要：目的 :了解知识分子糖尿病的发病情况。方法 :每人接受问卷调查 ,按WHO要求 ,口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)。空腹时测量身高、体重、腰围。结果 :(1)体重指数(BMI)≥25者 ,糖尿病 (DM)、糖耐量减低 (IGT)与空腹血糖受损(IFG)患病率高于BMI<25的人群。(2)DM、IGT与IGF患病率随年龄增加而上升 ,60岁以上组DM、IGT患病率分别达12 9%、19 5%。(3)不同性别间DM、IGT与IFG患病率无明显差异。结论 :肥胖及年龄是DM。Objective:To understand the prevalence state of intellectuals's di abetes.Methods:Everyone received investigation by questionnaire.According to WHO 's requirement,OGTT test was preformed after taking glucose,and height,weight an d waistline were measured at empty stomach.Results:(1)The prevalence rate of dia betes(DM),impaired glucose tolerance(IGT),impaired fasting glucose(IFG) in indiv iduals whose BMI was above or equal 25 was higher than that those whose BMI was below 25.(2)The prevalence rate of DM,IGT,IGF increased along with age.The preva lence of rate DM,IGT in individuals who was above 60 years old was 12.9%and 19. 5%respectively.(3)The prevalence rate of DM,IGT,IFG in different gender individ uals was almost same.Conclusion:Fatness and age are very dangerous factors of DM ,IGT,IFG.
