中草药饲料添加剂对三黄鸡组织器官发育的影响

摘　　要：将 1日龄三黄鸡分为对照组、试验A组和B组 ,每组公母各 2 0只。对照组仅饲喂基础日粮 ;试验A组除供给基础日粮外 ,添加 4 g/kg的中草药饲料添加剂 ;试验B组除供给同样的基础日粮外 ,添加 8g/kg的中草药饲料添加剂。试验结果表明 ,添加 8g/kg水平的中草药饲料添加剂能明显促进热应激下肉鸡肝、肾和胃的生长发育 ;添加 4 g/kg水平的中草药饲料添加剂对热应激下肉鸡组织器官的促生长作用不明显 ;在组织水平上 。The aim of the experiment was to define the effect of the Chinese herbal feed additive on growing of the organs and tissue of Sanhuang broilers which were under the heat stress condition . The broilers in 1 day old were divided into 3 groups that were contrast group , test group 1 and test group 2 with 20 cocks and 20 hens respectively. In the experiment , two additive levels, i.e. 4 g/kg and 8 g/kg, were supplemented to the basal diet .The contrast group was only supplied with basal diet , the test group 1 was supplied with the basal diet and 4 g/kg Chinese herbal feed additive , the test group 2 was supplied with the basal diet and 8 g/kg Chinese herbal feed additive .The results showed that supplementing 8 g/kg the Chinese herbal feed additive to the basal diet can enhance growing of the liver , kidney and stomach of the broilers under the heat stress condition . There was not obivious effect of supplementing 4 g/kg the Chinese herbal feed additive to the basal diet on the organs and tissues of the broilers being under the heat stress condition. It was concluded that the Chinese herbal feed additive can decrease the damage of heat stress to the liver and the lung to some extent.
