摘 要:采用浸涂-烧结法制备的纳米TiO2光催化剂负载量约为6mg/g载体,催化剂经5次重复使用其催化效果稳定,表明催化剂表面TiO2粉体负载牢固;以高压汞灯为光源,对水中微量间二甲苯的负载型纳米TiO2光催化氧化过程的研究表明:初始浓度在6 68~17 36mg/L的范围内,间二甲苯的光催化反应遵循表观一级反应动力学规律,反应的表观速率常数随溶液初始浓度的增大而减小,半衰期则随初始浓度的增大而增加。Immobilized nanometer TiO_2 photocatalyst was prepared by dipping-sintering process,and the loading amount was about 6mg per gram carrier. The removal efficiency for m-xylene in water kept stable during 5 times of reusing the photocatalyst.This shows TiO_2 paticles loaded firmly on the carrier. Under illumination by high-pressure Hg lamp and catalyzed by TiO_2, it was shown that this reaction was conformity with the first order kinetics law in appearance. From 6.68 to 17.36 mg/L of initial concentration of m-xylene in water, the apparent rate constant of the reaction decreased with the increase of initial concentration, and half-life period of the reaction increased as initial concentration,of m-xylene in water increased.
