摘　　要：本文对影响风险投资项目退出时机选择的微观因素和风险投资项目退出的方式及其必要条件进行了深入分析。文章认为 :风险投资项目退出的时机与方式选择具有动态性和一体性特点 ,遵循风险资本增值最大化的财务原则。This paper analyzes the micro-factors influencing venture capital project exit timing and exit approaches as well as their essential conditions deeply,draws a conclusion that the determination of venture capital project exit timing and approach is with the characteristics of dynamic and integral manner and follows the financial principle of maximizing the appreciation of venture capital as well.Appropriate exit timing and approach are of great significance to the venture capital project to realize profits of lock up losses.
