摘  要:通过对环氧树脂进行改性 ,降低其粘度 ,再用丙烯酸酯化 ,制得低粘度环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体 ,最后制备出性能优良、易于施工的紫外光固化涂料。本文对环氧树脂改性的催化剂、改性剂及其用量进行了实验研究 ,并制取改性环氧丙烯酸酯涂料 ,还对改性前后涂料的性能进行了比较。A low viscosity epoxy resin pre-polymer has been given based on the modification of epoxy resin,then reducing its viscosity,and esterifying with acrylic acid to form a good performance and easy construction product for UV-curving coatings.The type of catalyst of modified epoxy resin,the modifier and its amount have been described in the article.Modified epoxy acrylates have been obtained,and the comparison of properties has also been made between the former coatings and the modified coatings.
