摘  要:介绍了一种悬浮液进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定苎麻中镉的方法。以琼脂为悬浮剂将苎麻样品均匀、稳定地悬浮于琼脂胶体中,采用基体改进技术,由自动进样器注入石墨炉直接测定,方法简便、快速,镉的回收率为93.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差在2.53%~7.44%。The sample of ramie is pretreated as described and finally, the dried sample was crushed and pulverized to pass through 100~# sieve (bore diameter 0.149mm). The sieved sample is suspended homogeneously in a solution using agar as suspending agent. Then the cadmium content of ramie is determined by direct injection of the sample solution in suspension into the graphite furnace, and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is used as matrix modifier. In the analysis of some CRM′s by this method, consistent results are obtained as compared with the certified values.
