摘　　要：医院的后勤工作要围绕“以病人为中心”运转和围绕“以医疗工作为中心”运转。为了提高后勤保障质量和效率 ,变事后抱怨处理为事前预防和因素预防 ,变被动服务为主动服务 ,采取的方法 :医院后勤保障系统实施ISO90 0 1、14 0 0 1的标准管理体系“预防为主”的管理原则 ,加强重点控制和过程控制 ,使工作得到科学、合理而规范的运行。For hospital logistics work is round of patient and medical work, it should improve quality and efficiency of logistics, and change from complaint and dealing with after affairs to prevention before affairs, and change from passive service to active service. The main approach is to carry out of prevention-first principle of standard management system in ISO9001 and 14001 for hospital logistics guarantee system and strengthen key control and process control to make work operate rationally.
