摘　　要：针对复杂拉伸件底部形状不能一次拉伸成形的难点 ,通过工艺分析和试模提出了解决问题的方法 ,设计了汽车真空助力器壳底首次拉伸模的结构 ,并给出了壳底中心各次拉伸示意图。该模具投入生产后 ,产品完全达到技术要求 。Regarding the difficulty that the complicated shell bottom cannot be formed by one drawing,the resolution is proposed through technological analysis and adjustment of the die.The structure of the first drawing die for the auto vacuum booster shell bottom has been designed,and the figure showing each drawing of the shell bottom center is given.The products manufactured with the die can fully meet the technical requirement and good economic benefits have been gained.
