摘　　要：介绍了GCr15厚壁管材的两种剪切方法 ,研究了单向剪切时间隙对剪切质量的影响和双向剪切时首次压下量对剪切质量的影响 。Two methods of cutting the thick-wall GCr15tubes with core rod inside are introduced.The influences of the clearance in unidirectional cutting and the first press quantity in bi-directional cutting to the tube quality have been studied.And the tube cutting mechanism is analyzed.
