摘　　要：分析了重型汽车车桥油封的工艺特点 ,介绍了油封压注成型模具的结构、工作过程及模具主要参数。该模具经生产验证 ,制件合格率达98.7% 。The technological characteristics of the bridge oil seal of the Heavy Automobile are anaˉlyzed.The structure,working process and main parameters of the transfer mould for forming the oil seal are introduced.Actual production verified that98.7%of the products made with the mould are qualified,which means the mould can meet the production requirement.
