多层螺旋CT增强扫描在冠状动脉瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨多层螺旋CT增强扫描在冠状动脉瘤诊断中的价值。方法　回顾性分析 2例经手术及病理证实的冠状动脉瘤多层螺旋CT增强扫描资料。结果　冠状动脉瘤的形态表现为圆形、橄榄状、纺锤状、串珠状等 ,在心脏表面形成光滑的增强性团块和结节 ,有入瘤动脉和出瘤动脉及迂曲扩张的血管团 ,分布与冠状动脉走行区域相一致。结论　多层螺旋CT增强扫描是一种安全、无创、快速、准确的诊断方法 ,可替代冠脉造影成为生前诊断冠状动脉瘤的首选方法之一。Objective To discuss the value of injection contrast medium multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery aneurysms.Methods Retrospectively analysis 2 cases datum of coronary artery aneurysms MSCT image which were proved by surgery and pathology.Results The MSCT findings were circular shape,olive shape,spindle shape and string of beads shape,etc,which were formed sharp contrasted nodular in cardiac surface.There are extra tumor artery,intra tumor artery and circuitous and extended vessel circular.The distributions of coronary artery aneurysms were along with normal path of coronary artery.Conclusion It is safe,rapid and accurate means that be used for diagnosis coronary artery aneurysms by using injection contrast medium MSCT.Furthermore,it is the prior means in diagnosis coronary artery aneurysms before death and could substitute for the coronary artery angiography.
