摘  要:虽然平面二次包络环面蜗轮副具有传动效率高、承载能力大、使用寿命长等优点 ,但它的应用却始终受到限制。原因主要是 :(1)该型蜗轮传动设计及制造工艺均比较复杂 ,产品制造周期比较长 ;(2 )每生产一种规格的蜗轮副都要制作一把专用蜗轮滚刀 ,增加了蜗轮副的制造成本。基于实例的推理技术利用过去的设计以及设计经验来求解新问题。本文将这一思想与平面二次包络环面蜗轮副的设计结合起来 ,以期在蜗轮副设计和蜗轮滚刀的重用问题上取得成效 ,最终达到提高蜗轮副的设计效率、降低蜗轮副的制造成本的目的。Although the planar double-enveloping worm gearing has advantages of high transmission efficiency, excellent load capacity, long life cycle and so on, it has been used in a limited way. There are two reasons: (1) Complexity of both design and process of the worm gearing; (2) A special hob is necessary for each worm gearing, which increases manufacture cost and prolongs the manufacture period. Case-based reasoning (CBR) is a general paradigm for problem solving based on the recall and reuse of specific experiences. This paper focuses on the application of CBR to design of the planar double-enveloping worm gearing. The objective of the research is that the hob can be reused which has been used for cutting worm wheel previously, and the design efficiency is raised and manufacture cost is lowered.
