摘　　要：目的　通过对有无接触史的传染性非典型肺炎临床诊断病例的对比分析 ,了解两种病例的差别 ,从而为今后该病诊疗及预防策略的制定提供科学依据。方法　采用描述、比较法对确诊患者的流行病学调查、病例报告资料进行分析。结果　接触史不同的人群在疾病的分布、临床症状、胸片检查结果、诊疗特点、病程及预后方面都有差别。结论　接触史是影响传染性非典型肺炎患者的发病、诊疗、病程。Objective To know the difference between SARS patients who had or didn't have contact history and offer scientific basis for diagnosis, treatment and prevention strategies. Methods Use description and comparison methods to analyze the data from epidemiological survey and daily report. Results Patients who have different contact history were different in the distribution of disease, clinical symptoms,X-ray checks, course of disease and prognosis.Conclusion Contact history was the main factor which infected the SARS patients' characteristics of the disease.
