摘　　要：国内外越来越多的事实表明,在“大机组、高电压、大电网”为模式发展的同时,应重视绿色环保分散电源的发展,它将是21世纪电力工业的发展方向。在制定我国电力工业发展战略和长远规划时,应把发展小型绿色环保分散电源发供电系统纳入国民经济可持续发展中去。It should pay attention to the dispersed power supply characterized by its green environmental protection, while focusing ongoing mode of “large ge nerating unit, high voltage and big electricity grid”. More and more facts show that this will be the developing trend of power industry in the 21st century. I t should integrate the dispersed power source into the national economy sustaina ble development, while formulating strategy and long-term planning of power ind ustry development in China.
