摘 要:对2005年南方电网的暂态功率传输能力进行了仿真分析以研究各种大扰动条件对西电东送传输功率极限的影响。仿真结果表明,直流线路的单/双极闭锁故障对南方电网暂态功率传输能力的影响相对较小,贵广直流闭锁故障对功率传输的影响最大;交流系统发生单一故障时,合理分配云南和贵州的机组发电功率、适当减少临界机组的发电功率及在某些关键节点加装静止无功补偿装置(SVC)等措施,可以明显提高暂态条件下西电东送的功率传输极限。Simulation analysis is carried out for transient power transfer capability of South China Electric Power Grid (SCEPG) in 2005 to research on the influences of various serious disturbances on transient power transfer limit of power transmission from West China to East China. The simulation results show that the monopolar/bipolar block faults in DC system can hardly impact on transient power transfer capacity of SCEPG. Among three DC links, Guizhou-Guangdong DC block impacts on SCEPG most seriously. When single fault occurs in AC system, using a series of the measures, such as reasonably generation scheduling of the generating units in Yunnan and Guizhou province, decreasing critical generators power output and installing SVC in some key buses, can obviously improve transient power transfer limit of power transmission from West China to East China under transient condition.
