摘 要:目的 :研究阿奇霉素中的相关物质。方法 :运用色谱学和波谱学方法分离鉴定阿奇霉素中的相关物质。结果 :从阿奇霉素中分离得到 4个相关物质 ,鉴定了其中 2个主要相关物质的结构分别为 3′ 氮去甲基阿奇霉素和 12 脱氧阿奇霉素。结论 :4个相关物质均为首次从阿奇霉素粗品中分离得到的新化合物 ,但其中AIM:To separate and to identify relat ed impurit ies of azithromycinMETHOD: Chromatographic and spectroscopic m eth ods were used to isolate and to identify the related substances in azithromycin RESULT:There were four related impurities which were isolated fro m azithromyci n and two of them were identified as 3′-N-demethyl- azithromycin and 12 -deoxy-a zithromycinCONCLUSION:Two novel compounds,3′-N-demethy l azithrom ycin and 12-deoxy-azithromycin as related substances of azithromycin were isol ated and their structures were elucidated for the first time
