摘　　要：描述了一种具有开放性、通用性和可扩展性的第四代配电管理系统GALASYS DMS的设计与实现技术。系统采用了分布式实时数据库,C++Wrapper和Web等技术,实现了第四代配电管理系统。重点介绍了系统的总体结构、网络管理子系统、分布式实时数据库子系统和应用子系统的实现技术。This paper expounded the design and implementation of a fourth generation distribution management system.The system of GALASYS-DMS has the advantage of open,universal and expandable.The main technologies applied on the system are Distributed Real-Time Database(DRTDB),(C++)Wrapper and Web.And the paper mainly introduced the whole structure of the system and the implementation technologies of network manage sub-system,DRTDB and application sub-system.
