摘　　要：设计了一个支持所有种类的基于内容视频检索方式的通用视频检索系统框架,提出了设计通用系统框架关键问题的解决方案:基于内容的视频分析和检索的组件设计;遵循MPEG7标准的内容索引表示;Web服务体系结构和技术。通用系统框架具有分布、互操作、开放、可扩展的优点。This article designs a universal video retrieval system framework supporting all ways of content-based video retrieval and presents solutions for key problems of designing the universal system framework.They include components design for content-based video analysis and retrieval,content index presentation conforming to MPEG7 standard,Web service architecture and technologies.This framework has advantages of distribution,inter-population,openness and expansibility.
