摘　　要：文章讨论了一种新型的基于IEEE802.3ab的SFP(即1000Base TSFP),从电路设计、PCB设计和电磁兼容性设计3个方面对1000Base TSFP的设计进行了系统地描述,并遵循以上设计原则研制出了高性能的1000Base TSFP,其不但可以将1000Mbit/s的信号在标准5类线上传输180m,并且具有10/100/1000Mbit/s自适应能力.In this paper, a new SFP based on protocol 802.3ab are discussed. First, the paper described the design rules of 1000 Base-T SFP from the aspects of circuitry design, PCB design and EMC design. Following the design rules, we fabricated high performance 1000Base-T SFP which can transmit the signal of 1 000 Mbit/s over the Category 5 cable up to 180 meters in full duplex transmission mode, and has 10/100/1 000 Mbit/s adaptive ability.
