摘  要:利用高压力热激电流(TSC)方法,研究了Du-pont经过纳米无机杂化的聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜和普通聚酰亚胺薄膜的退极化特性,在不同的压力下观察到了已极化过的聚酰亚胺的松弛过程,发现了普通与纳米杂化的聚酰亚胺薄膜的松弛峰温均随外加压力增大而移向高温,同时纳米杂化的聚酰亚胺薄膜松弛峰温及峰高比普通聚酰亚胺薄膜有显著增加.The thermally stimulated current (TSC) methods have been employed to study the depolarization behavior of the pure polyimide film and the nano - hybrided polyimide film as a function of the externally applied hydrostatic pressure respectively. The relaxation processes were observed at different pressures and the temperature related to the relaxation peak was found increases with the externally applied hydrostatic pressure. In the mean time the current peak of the nano - hybrided polyimide film and the temperature associated with it increase greatly compared to those of the pure polyimide.
