静态SHS陶瓷涂层沿重力方向的组织及性能的研究

摘　　要：采用SHS铝热 -重力分离法制备了陶瓷衬层复合钢管。研究了沿着重力方向 ,陶瓷涂层的显微组织及性能的变化情况。研究结果发现 ,沿重力方向 ,试验配方制备的陶瓷涂层显微组织枝晶逐渐变得细小 ,涂层平均厚度及结合强度呈递增趋势。The ceramic-lined composite pipes are produced by gravitational separation SHS method. The changes of microstructure and properties of ceramic layer along gravitational direction were discussed. It has shown that along the gravitational direction dendrite microstructure in layers became smaller and smaller. Further more, layers average thickness and boundary strength increased.
