针刺老年大鼠“足三里”、“关元”穴对心、肾GSH-PX、LIP、NO含量影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察针刺抗衰老方面的作用。方法 :针刺老年大鼠的“足三里”、“关元”穴[1 ] ,观察对心、肾组织中一氧化氮 (NO)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、脂褐质 (LIP)变化的影响。采用考马斯亮兰测定法测定心、肾组织中蛋白含量 ,应用化学比色法测定组织中NO、GSH -PX、LIP含量。结果 :针刺能调节心、肾组织中NO的含量 ,提高心、肾组织中抗氧化能力 ,使GSH -PX的含量增高 ,降低心、肾组织中LIP的含量。结论 :针刺能起到抗氧化作用。Objective:To explore the mechanism of acupuncture in anti-aging effect.This experiment explained effect on Nitric Oxide.glutathione peroxidase and LIP in heart,kidney tissues of the aged rats by acupuncturing.Methods:NO content,GSH-PX activity,Lipofuscin content was determed by chemical colorimetric method.Results:After acupuncturing,NO content remarkably increased in heart,kidney tissues,GSH-PX activity remarkably was raised in heart,kidney tissues,LIP content remarkably decreased in heart,kidney tissues.Conclusion:To acupuncture'Zu San Li'and 'Guan Yuan'point had a renarkable effect on antioxidase.
