摘　　要：目的:观察芪灵胶囊对荷瘤小鼠放疗的减毒增效作用。方法:测定S180荷瘤小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞计数及瘤重。结果:芪灵胶囊对S180荷瘤小鼠经60Co照射所引起的白细胞降低及骨髓有核细胞减少有明显的升高作用,与环磷酰胺合用能显著升高其抑瘤率。结论:芪灵胶囊对60Co照射抑制小鼠肉瘤S180有明显的减毒增效作用。Objective To observe the poison-reducing and increasing effectiveness on the radiotherapy of mouse sarcomas with Qi Ling capsule.Method To determine the peripheral hemogram,nucleated leukocyte count of bone marrow and apudoma of S 180 mouse sarcomas.Result Qi Ling capsule had an effect on increasing the leukocytopenia and the count of nucleated leukocyte of bone marrow caused by the 60 Co irradiating and raised the rate of inhibiting apudoma combined with the use of cyclophosphamide.Conclusion Qi Ling capsule has a poison-reducing and increasing effectiveness on inhibiting S 180 mouse sarcomas by irradiating with 60 Co.
