摘　　要：本文分析与研究图书馆各种不同用户群体对信息需求的特点和规律 ,探讨了开展高层次信息服务面临的障碍 ,围绕服务环境和服务保障发展新的服务策略 。The paper analys es and studies the characteristics and regularities of different users require ments for information meanwhile it discusses the obstacles of supplying high lev el information service.A new service strategy is put forward in order to meet us es requirement for information and knowledge on the basis of service environme nt and service assurance.
