摘　　要：创设学科馆员是公共图书馆有效地开展信息服务的新举措。学科馆员作为既有专业知识 ,又具备文献开发能力的高层级的图书馆工作者 ,其素质和能力对为经济建设服务深化内容。Establishing sub jects librarians is new measure for public libraries to develop information serv ice.As libraries workers of high level who both have professional knowledge and capabilities of documents developing,their qualities and capabilities has active and important function to service economy construction,deepen content and stren gthen work group construction.
