摘 要:焦化废水是一类很难处理的工业废水,目前主要采用A/O,A2/O生化方法进行处理,但生化处理后的焦化废水色度高,含有大量生物难降解有机物,还不能达到国家规定的排放标准。采用Fenton试剂氧化生化处理后的焦化废水,并辅以超声、DSA电极电解技术催化反应,确定了合适的Fenton试剂氧化和混凝条件,处理后废水色度从>1000倍降至<50倍,CODCr去除率>80%,其他污染指标的去除效果明显。采用超声、DSA电极催化,不仅对Fenton试剂的处理效果有明显的改善,并可以有效降低Fe2++H2O2的用量,缩短反应时间,具有良好的应用前景。The coking plant wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater which is difficult to deal with. The main biochemical technique such as A/O and A2/O are used to deal with the wastewater. But after biochemical treatment, it still has very deep color and contains many kinds of pollutants. As a result, it cannot be discharged directly. Ultrasonic, electricity and Fenton′s reagent are used to oxidize the coking plant wastewater. This technology can efficiently decolor the wastewater from 1 000 times to 50 times, the total removed rate of CODCr is more than 80%, and the concentration many of other pollutants decrease greatly. Furthermore, the application of ultrasonic and DSA electrode will improve the effect of oxidation, reduce the dosage of Fe2+ and H2O2 and shorten the reaction time. Its foreground is good.
