摘　　要：从可靠性的定义出发,阐述了低压电器可靠性的重要性。详细介绍了国外有关低压电器的可靠性标准,开展可靠性试验研究和现场调查的内容和结果,并列举IEC标准中有关低压电器可靠性的规定。文章着重介绍了我国开展低压电器产品可靠性试验研究和考核评定工作。涉及的产品包括:电磁式中间继电器、小容量交流接触器、切换电容接触器、有填料熔断器、剩余电流动作断路器、框架式断路器和塑壳式断路器等。详细介绍上述各类产品的可靠性试验内容、步骤、可靠性试验装置、可靠性指标和试验方法、可靠性考核评定及其结果以及可靠性增长试验研究等。最后对我国低压电器可靠性试验研究工作提出建议。Starting from the definition of reliability, the importance of the low-voltage apparatus reliability is discribed. Related reliability standards of low-voltage apparatus abroad are introduced in details as well as the carrying out of reliability test study and field investigation contents and results, and also lists the related regulations on low-voltage apparatus reliability. The article stresses on the introduction to the work of carrying out low-voltage apparatus reliability test study and examination and appraisals in our country. The products concerned include:electromagnetic auxiliary relays, small capacity AC contactors, contactors for switching capacitor, powder-filled cartridge fuses, residual current operated circuit breakers, conventional circuit breakers and moulded case circuit breakers etc. Detailed introduction to the contents of reliability tests for the above mentioned products, procedures, reliability test devices, reliability indexes and testing methods, reliability examination & appraisal and their results and reliability increasing test studies etc. In the end the suggestions for the work of our country' s low-voltage apparatus reliability test study are raised.
