摘 要:采用水柱校正法对差压传感器的零点及线性特性进行校正以保证高精度的差压数据。根据差压传感器工作原理,在其高压腔一端放置较高的垂直玻璃管,在低压腔一端放置较低的垂直玻璃管,据两侧水位的高度差获取标准的差压值,并计算其零点及线性斜率,完成差压传感器的校正。The zero and linearity characteristic of differential pressure transducer is corrected with method of water column correction to ensure higher precision differential pressure data. According to the working principle of differential pressure transducer, upper uprightness glass pipe was set in the end of high pressure cavity, lower uprightness glass pipe was set in the end of low pressure cavity. Normal pressure difference value was obtained by the high difference between water levels of two sides, its zero and linearity characteristic was calculated, the correction of differential pressure transducer was accomplished.
