摘　　要：基于D-TAG数字硬盘录像的油库图象监控系统由前端图象采集、中心图象处理和存储及网上监察与控制三部分组成。图象监控系统采用现场图象采集方式,由摄像机完成主要设施及敏感区域的有效监控;图象处理及控制设备为16路视频输入和3路视频输出的视频矩阵主机,用于终端图象显示;数字图象处理主机上配有RJ45局域网接口,处于同一网络的任一工作站,都可以实现对系统图象的操作。The image monitoring and control system for oil tank based on D-TAG digital hard disk kinescope consists of three parts of front-end image acquisition, center image processing and memory, and supervise and control in network. Locale image acquisition mode is used, vidicon completes monitoring and control of main establishment and sensitivity area. Video frequency matrix host computer has 16 routes of video frequency input and 3 routes of video frequency output, RJ45 interface of LAN. The image is processed and equipment is controlled, and terminal image is displayed with it. In any workstation of same network, it implements operation of system image.
