摘 要:锥差式液压马达含液压驱动和锥差减速两部分。液压驱动部分由周围均布有若干轴向缸的缸体、柱塞、配流筒及调速装置等组成,减速部分由二齿差内锥齿轮副和零齿差外锥齿轮周向限制副及歪轴等组成。用调速手柄作调速轴向移动,实现多级调速,用换向手柄控制换向阀,实现换向输出。采用角速度多边形根据圆锥齿轮安装关系进行运动效率分析。Pyramidal difference hydraulic pressure motor includes 2 parts of hydraulic pressure drive and Pyramidal difference decelerate. Hydraulic pressure part consists of cylinder body around having some axial direction cylinders, pole piston, matching stream canister and timing equipment. Pyramidal difference decelerate part is composed of twin inner bevel wheel with difference of 2-toothes, twin outer bevel wheel without tooth difference and skew shaft etc. Timing hand-grip is moved in axial direction to realize multilevel timing, reversing valve is controlled with reversing hand-grip to realize reversing output. According to setting relation of taper gear, movement efficiency is analyzed with angular speed polygon.
