摘　　要：通过“国家自然科学基金”、“协作攻关”在“九五”期间对军医大学科研工作的贡献 ,针对 2 1世纪生命科学研究领域所发生的一系列历史性的变革及现代高技术条件下的战争卫勤保障需要 ,提出了军医大学科研管理工作中在科研项目立题着眼点及合作伙伴的选择 ,成果转化 ,科研队伍建设及管理体制与运行机制方面的几点思考。Based on the contributions of successfully procured research projects supported by the “National Natural Science Foundation of China”; the “Cooperative Key Projects” to the scientific research affairs of military medical universities during the “Ninth Five-year Plan” period; and the serial historical reforms in the fields of life science in the 21st century and the requirements of military medical logistic support under the condition of modern high-tech war. This paper has put forward some opinions on the key factors in applying for research projects, the choice of cooperative partners, the conversion of scientific and technological achievements, the construction of scientific research teams, the managing systems, and the running systems.
