摘  要:目的 :研究甘草次酸 (Gta)的抗心律失常作用。方法 :以静脉注射乌头碱 2 0 μg·kg 1 、氯化钡 2mg·kg 1 及结扎冠状动脉制得大、小鼠心律失常模型 ,每种模型分 4组 ,每组 10只 ,分别给予 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 (NS) 10mg·kg 1 、Gta10 ,2 0mg·kg 1 、奎尼丁 (Quin) 10mg·kg 1 ,均静脉注射 ,比较其抗心律失常作用。结果 :Gta组和Quin组大鼠心律失常持续时间显著低于NS组 (P <0 .0 1) ;Gta组小鼠未发生心房纤颤或扑动 ,Quin组小鼠心房纤颤或扑动明显减少 ,NS组小鼠全都发生心房纤颤或扑动。结论 :Gta对大。Objective:To investigate the antiarrhythmic effect of glycyrrhetinic acid (Gta). Methods: Arrhythmia models were induced by injection of aconitine 20 μg·kg -1 and of barium chloride 2 mg·kg -1, and by coronary ligation in rats or mice which were randomized into 4 groups evenly (n=10) and later were i.v. injected with sodium chloride 10 mg·kg -1 (the controls) and Gta 10,20 mg·kg -1, Quinidine (Quin)10 mg·kg -1 separately. Then antiarrhythmic effect of Gta was determined. Results:Gta and Quin inhibit the ventricular arrhythmias significantly than the sodium chloride injection group (P<0.01). There were no atrial fibrillation in Gta group. There were less atrial fibrillation in Quin group than the sodium chloride group in which all had atrium fibrillation. Conclusion:Gta has obvious antiarrhythmic effect in rats and mice.
