摘　　要：鉴于需求侧管理DSM(DemandSideManagement)能够把节能、节电导入潜力巨大的能效市场,DSM在我国得到了广泛的推广和应用。DSM项目管理系统是集DSM项目申报、管理和在线评估为一体的实时管理系统。该系统基于动态服务器页面ASP(ActiveServerPages)和结构化查询语言SQL(StructuredQueryLanguage)网络技术,采用3层网络结构模型,支持多用户、多进程,能够及时准确地申报数据、管理数据,并根据数据对DSM项目实施情况进行在线技术评估,从而对DSM项目方便地申报和管理,也为项目进一步实施提供评判依据。In order to apply DSM ( Demand Side Management ) to energy and power saving ,a DSM management system is designed ,including the declaration system ,the management system ,and the on - line evaluation system.It has a three - layer network structure based on the network technologies :ASP ( Active Server Pages ) and SQL ( Structured Query Language ),supporting multi - user and multi - process.It can receive and manage the declaring data in time and accurately ,according to which the effect of DSM is on - line evaluated.
