兔主动脉平滑肌细胞中钙调素的研究

摘　　要：用免疫胶体金技术研究了CaM在培养的兔胸主动脉平滑肌细胞中的分布及其在增殖周期中的含量变化。CaM主要分布于平滑肌细胞的线粒体和细胞核中,在滑面内质网、糖原颗粒表面、肌丝束以及胞膜和核膜上也有CaM分布,其它部位散在、偶见。胞浆和核内CaM在Go期、9h、12h含量分别为100％、143％、121％和100％、83％、113％(Go期含量为100％)。Localization of calmodulin ( CaM) and its changes in cell cycle of cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells ( ASMC ) were studied by Protein-A gold method. CaM was mainly distributed in mitochondria and nuclei, but also in smooth endoplasmic reticulum, the surface of glycogen particle, myofilament bundle, cell membrane and nuclear membrane. In cytoplasm, the contents of CaM at Go, 9h and 12h were 100%, 143% and 121% respect ively; while in nucleus, the contents of CaM at Go, 9h and 12h were 100%, 83% and 113% respectively ( taken Go content of CaM as 100% ) .
