摘　　要：妊娠时母胎界面的母体淋巴细胞被激活且可产生各种细胞因子 ,细胞因子在母胎界面局部网络的相对平衡对正常妊娠的维持有重要作用。近年来的研究发现妊娠高血压综合征患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的失衡与其发病有密切关系 。Maternal lymphocytes at the materno-fetal interface were activated and secreted various cytokines during pregnancy. It is important to keep these cytokines relatively balanced at local network of materno-fetal interface for maintenance of normal pregnancy. In recent researches, it suggested that there is close relation between imbalance of Th1/Th2 ratio in peripheral blood and development of PIH. So, we explored etiology and corresponding immunoprophyaxis and immunotherapy from aspect of the imbalanced Th1/Th2 ratio in PIH.
