摘　　要：利维爱用于绝经后妇女以缓解绝经症状 ,预防和治疗骨质疏松以及泌尿生殖道萎缩 ,在近 10年已得到国内外的认可。但利维爱是否可用于围绝经期妇女一直存在争议 ,该文使用小剂量利维爱对围绝经期妇女进行治疗 ,并进行持续 2～Being used to alleviate menopausal symptoms of postmenopausal women and prevent and treat osteoporosis and atrophy of urogenital tract, Livial was approved in domestic and abroad in last decade. However, whether Livial can be used in perimenopausal women remains controversial. In this paper, perimenopausal women were treated with small doses of Livial and were conducted a continuous 2～8 years of follow-up.
