摘 要:通过合理的电池结构设计和优化的装配工艺,组装了AA型MCMB/LiCoO2锂离子电池,并对其性能进行了考察。在室温条件下,电池的1C放电容量达600mAh,比能量达123Wh/kg和320Wh/L,并具有较高的放电电压。循环400次时,其容量仍为初始容量的86%,并具有较好的倍率特性。电池在150℃荷电放置的条件下,不起火爆炸。The AA size MCMB/LiCoO2 lithium-ion batteries, through rational configuration design and optimum installation technique, were assembled, and its performance were investigated. At room temperature and 1C discharge rate, the batteries discharge capacity were 600mAh and had higher discharge voltage. Its specific energy was 123Wh/kg and 320Wh/L. After the battery was cycled 400 times, its discharge capacity was 86% of the initial capacity, and had excellent rate capability. When the battery in fully charged state and stored at 150℃ oven, it has no fire and rupture.
