摘　　要：目的探讨肝脏螺旋CT增强扫描的最佳延时时间。方法随机选取100例肝脏增强扫描的病例,采用不同的造影剂总量、注射速率和延时时间,观察肝脏的强化程度。结果采用3ml/s和4ml/s的注射速率和120ml～150ml的造影剂总量,肝脏的强化程度最高。注射速率越高,到达强化峰值的时间也越短。结论肝脏螺旋CT增强扫描的合理的技术方案为采用120ml～150ml的造影剂总量,注射速率3ml/s～4ml/s,动脉期延时20s～26s,门脉期延时70s～80s。Objective To explore the optimal scan delay of contrast enhancement in spiral CT of l iver.Methods 100cases of liver con-trast enhancement in spiral CT were s elected randomly.The degree of cont rast enhancement was observed by using different volume of con-trast medium and injection rate.Results The highest degree of hepatic contra st enhancement was acquired by using3ml /s ～4ml /s injec-tion rates and 120ml ～150ml vloume of contrast material.The higher injec tion rates,the shorter the peak time of contrast was reached.Conclusion The optimal protocol in spiral CT con trast enhancement of liver is 3ml /s ～4ml /s injection rate and total volum e of120ml ～150ml.The delayed time of arterial phase and portal vein phase is 20s ～26s and 70s ～80s,respectively.[
