摘 要:本实验用鸡卵巢灌流方式,探讨了促性腺激素(FSH,LH)和孕酮(P_4)对排卵的作用。灌流装置使用了Tanaka等(1987)设计的鸡卵巢灌流器。灌流液中加入1ULH时诱发排卵率低于50%。但是LH和FSH并用时得到88%的诱发排卵率。单独加入100μg P_4时诱发排卵率达到80%。但是LH和FSH并用基础上加入Clomipheue(CM)或Aminoglutethimide(AG)使诱发排卵率由88%降至13%。LH和FSH并用时灌流液中有P_4出现,并在排卵时增高40倍以上。以上结果表明P_4对卵泡排卵有直接作用。In the, perfused hen ovaries, isolated 16~18hr before the expected ovulation, When LH was added to the perfusate the rate of induced ovulation was less than 50%, but in combination with FSH was more effective (over 80%).Progesterone concentration in the perfusion fluid complemented with LH and FSH was increased 40 times at the moment of ovulation.Clomiphene or Aminoglutethimide, an inhibitor of steroid synthesis, prevented gonadotropin-induced ovulation.These findings demonstrate that progesterone might act directly on the ovary as a final hormone to induce ovulation.
