摘 要:本文应用免疫花环试验测定了黑白花奶牛、水牛、鸡、鸭、小灵猫以及鸡传染性法氏囊病、马立克氏病和霍乱病红细胞上C_3b受体与免疫复合物的变化。检测了它们在红细胞上形成的花环。结果表明,动物因种属不同,红细胞上C_3b受体的数量有着极明显的差异,以鸭为最多,黑白花奶牛最少。动物患病后,红细胞上的C_3b受体可明显地减少。鸡传染性法氏囊病、霍乱病和马立克氏病皆非常明显地低于健康鸡。而红细胞上的免疫复合物,各种动物虽有差异,但差异不显著。患病鸡略低于健康鸡。The immune rosette assay was applied to determine the change of C3b receptors and immunocomplexes on erythrocytcs of healthy Holstein-Friesian cows, Swamp Buffaloes, Ducks, Viverricula Indica, healthy chickens and chickens with Infectious Bursal Disease, fowl Cholera and Marek's Disease. Formation of rosette of yeasts with erythrocytes was observed. The results indicate that the number of C3b receptors on erythrocytes varied significantly with the animal species, highest in ducks and lowest in Holstein-Friesian cows.C3b receptors on erythrocytes from diseased chickens were markedly reduced. Chickens with Infectious Bursal Disease, Marek's Disease and fowl Cholera were significantly lower than those of the healthy chickens. The immunoconiplexes on erythrocytes differed between animal species, but there was no statistical difference.The diseased chickens were only slightly in immunoconiplexes lower than the healthy ones.
