浅析我国转轨时期对企业和企业家的保护

摘　　要：我国正处于从社会主义计划经济向社会主义市场经济转轨的时期,在这一特殊时期,国有企业的改革首当其冲。由于各种因素的影响,我国国有企业改革的步伐比较缓慢,出现的矛盾较多,尤其是在对企业和企业家的保护方面,更是出现了许多问题,阻碍了改革的进展。文章就我国转轨时期对企业和企业家保护的一系列问题作简要分析。Our country is now in the process of transition from socialist planned economy to socialist market economy. In the special period, the reform of stateowned enterprises is in the first place. But because of the influence of history and experiences,there exist many contradictions and the speed of reforms is very slow, especially in the aspect of the protection of enterprises and entrepreneurs. Many problems hold back the process of reforms. The article briefly analyses a series of problems about the protection of enterprises and entrepreneurs in the transition period.
