中药骨松康治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨阴阳双补兼活血化瘀中药对绝经后骨质疏松症 (postmenopausalosteoporosis,PMO)的治疗作用及其机理。方法　按照中药新药临床研究指导原则 ,采用空白对照和前后自身对照的方法 ,观察患者服用骨松康胶囊 (GSKC)前后的主要症状变化及骨密度 (BMD)改变 ,并与西药对照组进行对比。结果　骨松康胶囊对骨质疏松治疗作用显著 (P <0 0 1 ) ,患者骨密度亦有明显改善 (P<0 0 5) ,而对照组则无明显变化。结论　中药骨松康胶囊治疗PMO疗效可靠 。Objective To study the effect and mechanism of G usongkang (GSK) capsule, as a yin-yang-tonifying and blood-flow promoting tra ditional chinese medicine, on postmenopausal osteoporosis Methods According to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Study of Traditional Chine se Medicinnal Herbs, the changes of symptoms, signs and bone density in osteopo r osis patients were observed and compared between these indices before-and after therapy with GSK and between groups of GSK and of calcium lactate as control Results GSK improved the osteoporosis patients' symptom (P < 0 01 vs control),and elevated BMD (P<0 05 vs before therapy) Concl usion GSK can remove patients' discomfort from osteoporosis and improve BMD GSK can treat osteoporosis with none of side effects
