摘　　要：文化的内容主要是一定的社会意识形式,而哲学是文化发展的思想基础;哲学的精湛思想和基本精神是文化底蕴之所在,包括中国哲学的天人观、知行观、义利观、辩证观等精湛思想和哲学的主要精神,也就是传统人文精神;在改革开放和现代化建设进程中,文化底蕴得到新的更生,并且直接或简接地作用和影响于经济决策及经济决策的贯彻落实,充分显示出其现代价值,成为经济发展的重要人文资本。Social ideology is the main content of culture,and philosophy is the ideological base of cultural development.The core thought and basic spirit of philosophy add up to cultural essence——traditional humanistic spirit.In the process of reform,opening and modernization,cultural essence is being regenerated,thus exerting direct or indirect influences on economic decision and the implementation of economic policy.In a word,cultural essence has great modern value,and is thus important humanistic capital for economic development.
