无醛耐晒固色剂QJ-02的研制

摘　　要：以二乙烯三胺、双氰胺、氯化铵、环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了QJ 0 2无甲醛耐晒固色剂。结果表明QJ 0 2可使直接染料所染的棉布干摩擦牢度为 4级 ,湿摩擦牢度为 3级 ,皂洗牢度为 4级～ 5级 ,耐晒牢度为 4级 ,且色光变化很小 ;添加壳聚糖后QJ 0 2的耐晒牢度提高为 5级。HCHO-free fixing light fastness agent QJ-02 was synthesized from diothylenetriamine, dicyandiamide, ammonia chloride and epichlorohydrin. QJ-02 could dye the cotton fabric directly, and the dry and wet color fastness to rubbing were level 4 and 3 respectively; the color fastness to soaping was level 4～5; the light fastness was level 4 with a little effect on color shade. The light fastness of QJ-02 could upgrade to level 5 by adding chitosan.
